Creamy Garlic Dressing

Here's a fast and easy dressing; great for summer salads and a way to use some of the dillweed you dried last year.
(Light & Easy Diabetic Cuisine 1990)

1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
2 T. fresh lemon juice
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1/4 t. salt
1 t. dried dill weed
1 t. frozen apple juice concentrate
1/4 t. paprika
1/4 t. white pepper
2 dashes sesame oil
Dash red (cayenne) pepper

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Chill before serving. Makes about 3/4 cup.
