Ravioli with Tomato Pesto

Oh, Mama Mia, you'll love this ravioli dish!!

4 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
1 1/4 c. coarsely chopped plum tomatoes
1/3 c. fresh basil leaves
2 t. pine nuts
2 t. olive oil
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. black pepper
1 T. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain

Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, basil, pine nuts, oil, salt, and pepper in food processor. Process using on/off pulsing action just until ingredients are chopped.

Serve over ravioli.

Top with cheese.
