Pesto Veggie Dip

This is a new twist on an old favorite.  Easy and great for the Holidays!

1 1/2 c. chopped parsley
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. pine nuts
1/4 c. olive oil
 1 clove garlic
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 t. seasoned salt
1/4 t. ground black pepper
Fresh vegetables cleaned and cut to dipping length

Place first 4 ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Process until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
YIELD: about 3 cups
